The Pre-K & Kindergarten Enhancement curriculum is introduced through thematic units of study.
"Learning Through Play" is an important part of our philosophy, enhanced with an educational component as we prepare children for the next step of their educational journey. This is accomplished through a variety of both teacher facilitated and child led opportunities which take children's interest into consideration. Our early literacy focus recognizes the fact that literacy is the basis for all learning. The program stimulates all areas of a child's growth and development.
Learning opportunities integrate Reading Readiness, Math Readiness, Social Studies, Science, and Social Skills.
Our well equipped classrooms provide a variety of activity centers:
Puppet play, play-dough, large and small blocks, daily art & craft opportunity, housekeeping, computer station, sand, water, paint easel, science, manipulatives, puzzles and toy shelves.
Large motor movement opportunities, music classes, yoga, field trips and special in-class visitors are also part of the programming.

The Best of Both Worlds: Thematic & Open Ended Programming
Program supervisors plan thematically, but also take children's interest into consideration throughout the planning process.
The program incorporates the best balance of both teacher facilitated thematic programming and open ended child-led opportunities.
